Christmas Cookies are Here

One of our traditions here in our Fredericksburg, Texas inn is the annual Christmas cookie making (and eating, of course!). We have a recipe that’s been passed down in my family for a long time, and we love these cookies because they are soft, rather than crisp, and we love decorating them with all kinds of goodies. Years ago, we had a Christmas cookie decorating contest, and you wouldn’t believe the incredible talents people showed in decorating them.
