It’s a tad bit chilly

O.K., so I moved here to the Fredericksburg, Texas area from the cold northern tundra (Michigan), after college because I didn’t ever want to suffer through another Michigan type winter again. So, did I just get transported back to that while I was sleeping?!!! It’s was zero degrees here last week (with the wind chill), and we spent the entire week trying to keep plumbing from freezing, talking to guests who couldn’t come because they were stuck in Houston or Dallas in the snow, etc. I’ve lived in Texas for almost 29 years, and this is only about the fifth time I’ve seen snow here. The only living creatures that like it were the llamas – they love the cold weather! Anyhow – it’s gone now – for a few days, and we’re back in the mid-sixties for temperature. Yee-haw!!
